CHAPTER 01The graduate
He left college the way most BTech graduates do: with marks, a degree and no job. He knows the frustration of unemployment from the inside.
Founder & CEO · Anwentec Innovation · KPR Techno
The Founder
I build the bridge between a degree and a career.

01 The origin
CHAPTER 01He left college the way most BTech graduates do: with marks, a degree and no job. He knows the frustration of unemployment from the inside.
CHAPTER 02He went to a placement consultancy for help and was let down. That became his blueprint: build the placement company he wished had existed.
CHAPTER 03 · 2019He founded KPR Techno Software Solutions, an IT staffing firm supplying niche Microsoft Dynamics and CRM talent to clients in India and the US.
CHAPTER 04Anwentec runs on Hire, Train, Deploy. Students chosen for their zeal to learn, trained by practitioners with 10+ years in industry, and supported until they hold an offer letter.
CHAPTER 05 · NOWNow he is moving the whole model to Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data Science and VLSI, and taking the message to a wider audience on Telugu podcasts.
The promise
I don't sell courses. I don't sell hope. I take people who were told no, and I hand them an offer letter.
— Hari Krishna Yadav, Founder & CEO
02 The portfolio
Talent, training, staffing, marketing and consumer products, all around one founder. Tap a venture to see what it does.

03 The model
Consultancies have a bad name because many sell hope. Hky built one measured on a single outcome: an offer letter in the student’s hand.
Select for zeal to learn, not marks or pedigree. Career gaps are welcome when the drive is real.
Practitioner-led programs in the skills companies hire for now, from Generative AI to Microsoft Dynamics.
Mock interviews, profile building and live interviews until the offer arrives. Support does not end at the certificate.
04 The man behind the companies
A leader to his team, a voice on air, a student of his craft and someone who is not afraid to fall.

Celebrates every win with the team that earned it.

Talks straight about jobs, education and AI on Game Changers.

Still reads like a student. Stop learning and you stop leading.

Falls off, gets back on. That is the whole playbook.
05 Convictions
The ideas he keeps coming back to, paraphrased from his conversations on Game Changers with Lasya Reddy.
The education system is 25 years old. It rewards marks, not problem-solving.
EP 1 · 07:49AI is not a threat to your job. It is a tool to transform it.
EP 2 · 04:34Hire for the zeal to learn, not for the credential.
EP 1 · 43:18Solve a real problem with passion. Funding is not the business.
EP 2 · 00:56Stop only looking for a job. Create the opportunity.
EP 1 · 40:55A portfolio of real skills is starting to outrank the degree.
EP 2 · 14:3206 On air
Two long-form conversations on the Telugu podcast Game Changers with Lasya Reddy, on unemployment, education, entrepreneurship and AI.
With Lasya Reddy: outdated education, parental pressure, and how a placement company can be a bridge instead of a trap.
The founder journey, why AI is a tool and not a threat, and why skill-based hiring is overtaking the degree.

Things you will not find in a pitch deck, but will find out within ten minutes of meeting him.

Shades on, phone off for five rare minutes. Then back to the next deal.

The blazer is non-negotiable. So is the mirror selfie before the big meeting.
Seriously enough to build a whole app for it. Ludo Prime exists because WhatsApp challenge groups were not organised enough for him.
Most people open a tea shop with chairs. His plan includes snooker, PlayStation, an RC race track and remote-control JCBs.
A placement consultancy let him down, so he built one that has placed 2,000+ people. Some people hold grudges. He holds offer letters.
He will tell you AI is not coming for your job, then show you how to make it do half your work before lunch.
Runs on music, good company and spontaneous plans. The calendar is a suggestion. The deadline is not.
Fall, get up, go again. The same playbook he runs in business, just wetter.
